Crackeable object and animations on DFFs

Hello guys, well I'll go to the problem tounge.gif

 

How to make a crackeable object? I tried copying the line of the lampost but the object dissapears when I hit it, I want something like what the lampost does, send the polys. lol. I hear something about I need a IFP animation, but I'm lost on that, how to do one? what I should do on it?

 

Another topic, The animations on dff are done by a IFP line or in SCM?

Just Download RWAnalyser and do manipulations with 2dfx sections))

this is not useful advice, as he has neither any idea what needs to be "manipulated", or how it should be. The only extra data i can imagine that would need to be modified at all, is the 0x253f2fd section, which contains another set of geometry data.

 

AFAIK, breakable objects do not use IFP animations (or at least, not for the actual "breaking" effect).
