the pedestrians are all white but it blends in with the sky as well(depending on camera angle).

help is greatly appreciated.

I had this same issue myself. After trying the advice of most others, I discovered that the problem can be fixed by simply resetting the hardware configurations for your video card (outside of the game, that is). It's worked on two different installs with the same issue. The problem is most likely a shader issue, as I noticed that forcing any particular shader version (ie: 1.1, 2.0) causes the problem. After you reset your vid card to its factory settings, you can re-customize your preferences no problem, providing you let the application determine the shader level.

I experienced the exact same problem (using Catalyst then Omega's Catalyst etc.) until I spent hours and hours online trying to find a solution &/or figure out wtf everyone was talking about when the technical jargon got to be a bit too much. So... to help you and anyone else who has this problem...

ANISOTROPIC FILTERING - set it to 16x and "Performance" mode
