'Fender Ketchup' is available only after completing the flying school. So, how is it possible that you have access to this mission without completing flying school??? Edit: I had a look at your save. This is the same save that you have posted in the earlier topic where you have requested 'Learning To Fly'. And since this mission cannot be completed before the flying school, I guess this topic is void.
