fareed
To me i think When Sa came out for pc and hotcoffee was unlocked and rockstar were in great trouble bcoz of it so they released v 2 but still it was made modable by modders. after that every GTA game(GTALCS and GTAVCS) which came out was only for psp and ps2 and not for pc. So i think they didnt released them for pc as they didnt wanted them to be modded. I have doubt on release of GTAIV for pc. stretch.
The fact GTA: VCS and GTA: LCS haven't been released for the pc is there is no point. They we're designed for the PSP console as no other GTA games were available for it. Also the fact that a moddable version of them namely the nomal Vice City and GTA 3 for the PC. To summise, they were developed with the sole intention of being for the psp, and then they we're ported to the PS2 cos they can essentially. Much like Nintendo DS games only being for the DS. They weren't even meant to be for the ps2, by the way. It would just waste more of Rockstar's time, that they have on building GTA4 right now. The PS2 transport is already something time wasting for Rockstar. Although, it's a completely seperate group of Rockstar developers that are doing these PS2 conversions. Rockstar Leeds. They have nothing to do with Rockstar North and the making of GTA4. I don't think that Rockstar had a contract authorising these portable GTA's to the PC anyways. Yeah and as Vito Leone and stretch mentioned It's only supposed to be a PSP exclusive, the only reason they ported LCS to the PS2 is beacuse it was so successful, But thats it is not going to waste more valuble time porting VCS to the PS2 and LCS to the PC when they could me workin' on GTAIV. Rockstar north is making gta4 therefore rockstar leeds can tranfer it to pc.
