SpaceEinstien freezes

OK, I have SpaceEinstien's allinone mod installed, with a few weapons changed. The game runs smooth as silk until I start swapping cars out. No matter which vehicle mod I use, as soon as I get into a car the game freezes. I know the car mods are good, because they all work fine when I use them in the straight, unmodded game. Is the SpaceEinstien mod just not compatible with vehicle mods?

 

-Pentium 4 2.8GHz (WindowsXP sp2)

-Radeon 9500 256MB

-2GB system RAM
