questions abou' gta SA

hey all!

 

few questions:

 

1) is there a way to add more vehicles to the game, without replacing those that already in the game.

 

is it possible to change the code of the game to make those cars seenable in the game and create a big pile of traffic to use.

 

2) also , i modded my SA with cars. and i put some cars not on the original position they sould be. so i have a problem with cars that are lowriders, i mean i install a standard car on a lowrider car's name.now' there's a mission that i have to get a lowrider and the game tells me that the one i picked is not a lowrider!

how can i make this car to be a lowrider???????
