Bigun Posted January 26, 2007 Share Posted January 26, 2007 Of course it's possible. You'll have to manually use the create_car opcode though, and not a car generator. Basically, make a thread that checks if the player is within range X of the coordinates, then set a random number to decide if to continue or not; beyond that, request the car and wanted components, then create the car, add the parts, components etc and then release all the models, remove the car's reference, then wait until the player is far enough (same check as before but now check for OUT of range), then when he is jump back to the top. If you want more than 1 car, it'd be wise to have a single thread, as you can make it check for a couple of coordinates etc, set correct variables then jump to a generic label that creates the car with a variable set earlier, etc. You can also pass some wanted differences between car spawns to the thread in the create_thread opcode, however this means you'll have multiple threads running for one car, doing what is possible with 1.
