You can't call a open world game a GTA clone just because GTA is more well known. Saints Row is more about taking down gangs with not much storyline. GTA is taking care of problems and stuff. The horse got shot up so bad it was on fire and about to explode. CJ nearly avoided death by flaming hunk of meat. the end. Anyway, i'd like tourists from Other places coming in (Like, a plane comes in, lands and a few peds get out of it and enter the city) And planes on a flight schedule, plus people could go into that shop in dillimore from that catalina mission and read the newspaper or eat.
