Little Willie was clearly inspired by "Little Nellie," the autogyro (I call it a minicopter) from the James Bond classic "You Only Live Twice." The shape of the cockpit is eerily similar, and it comes with two sets of machine guns. Of course, it still has a rotary tail and lacks the rockets, but R* clearly didn't want a Hunter-killer.
