There is the issue of copyrighted material etc, then again it's rockstar and i think we are allowed to swap models about without too much trouble, but i would get that cleared up first, unless of course you're not planning on releasing it at all, in which case, keep up the great work. You might be able to fix it by adding more faces to the mesh around the shoulders, just make sure you're confident with associating faces with the armature, if that's still how it's done.
