another startup problem (pls help!)

This isn't anything new, my version of GTA SA also crashes after the opening credits and has an error message

 

the error signature goes

appname: gta_sa.exe

appver: 0.0.0.0

ModName: gta_sa.exe

Modver: 0.0.0.0

Offset: 000dd5a3

 

Then there's a lengthy message about my Digital Product ID

 

my specs are:

OS: Windows XS Pro (5.1, Build 2600)

Pentium M Processor 1.60 Ghz

510 MB RAM

 

Card name: ATI MOBILITY RADEON X700

Manufacturer: ATI Technologies Inc.

Chip type: ATI display adapter (0x5653)

DAC type: Internal DAC(400MHz)

Device Key: Enum\PCI\VEN_1002&DEV_5653&SUBSYS_204F161F&REV_00

Display Memory: 128.0 MB
