vietvv Posted January 24, 2007 Share Posted January 24, 2007 i just installed the an bike mod (yamaha r1) to replace the pcj600, turned to game and it crashes . so i uninstalled the mod for the bike (i use sami to install mods) still crashes, took out the old backup of (carcols, carmods,handling, and vechicles.ide) and tried that game works fine, after some trial and error i found out the problem was in "vehicles.ide". ive opened up the original vehicle.ide and copy the "pcj600" texts to my "mod vehicle.ide" turned on game and still dont work. anyone no problem, i cant be bothered to copy back all my vehicles.ide mod Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Backing up is an essential part of modding, and if you don't do it you're going to need to spend a lot of time re-installing or ripping your hair out over poorly installed mods.
