too much carmods?

hi,

 

i installed some carmods (+-50) and i have a problem ...

when i see a car, most of the time it's an unmodded car

and i see a lot less trafic then i used to see

i don't think it's a vehicles.ide issue...

maybe too many poly's?

is there a fix for this?

Well if I remember (I've replaced almost every car in my game) the game engine spawns the lowest poly cars first to avoid lag. (I think)

I'm not sure about the fact that less cars spawn than usual but check if all the cars are working by using a trainer to spawn each car one by one. I would do this becuase some modded cars will not crash the game but will not spawn at all if you didn't install them right. wink.gif

mod it with Nitrous Oxide and chassis dyno.

Orit could have something to do with the default.ide line. It could have changed from something like normal or poorfamily to richfamily or ignore, when you used installed handling lines and the default.ide.
