Just because you have to download a directX just for windows vista and then you need a Video Card(or w/e the name is)just for running that DirectX, and the Card is more than a PS3? That's a bit hard when the game isn't even out yet let alone any requirements for it released(that I know of). Just by guessing though I'd say your PC most probably would fall in the minimum requirements to run the game. Only thing I can see that is a bit worrying is your lack of Hard Drive space. While doing some research in college a while ago apparently the full installation of Windows Vista requires about 30~40GB of space.
