92F
Sounds like your running V2 of ther game with rockstar made un-moddable. To make it moddable follow the guide here
Justin
If you'd just like to play the game again (irrespective of whether or not the mod is installed), simply run a re-install of San Andreas to revert back to the original files with which the game worked. 92F
To re-install the game, just insert the disc and it should say something like the following: install, play, view readme etc. just click on install and once ts finished, your game should run fine. If not, you'll have to un0install it then re-install it for a fresh copy.

Justin
In future, before modding anything you should always back-up. A good idea is to make an entire copy of your install directory - default is C:\Program Files\Rockstar Games\GTA San Andreas. Copy it, paste it, and then rename it to something like "GTA San Andreas MODDING". That way, if you screw up any file - any at all - you can just swap them over from the original directory. Good luck.
