Hayden2
Hey there. I'm having problems using Abobe Photoshop 8.0 on my Mac OS X Tiger. Whenever I try to use a tool, it keeps giving me the following message: Your startup disk is almost full. You need to make more space available on your startup disk by deleting files. I'm new to the whole Apple Mac scene. It's not actually my computer, but when I showed it to the owner and operator he said he didn't know what to do. So could anyone please help me? Off-topic: Can anyone tell me how to take screenshots on this hunk-a-love? Apple. Squiddy
Adobe Photoshop requires some amount of hard disc space for temporary file storage. So if it says it's full, you might want to free up some space, or assign another hard disc / partition to Photoshop. Should be under Edit > Preferences, at least it's like that in my german PS 7.0. uNi
Yeah, it's under Edit>Preferences>Plug-Ins & Scratch Disks. Then on Scratch Disks click on First: Start up and change to another partition if you have one. If not, well you'll need to make some space as Squiddy said.
