Really delivered the Manhunt feel. Its perfect! You can have a run down mall, a Skinz junkyard, a broken down residential district (prawn), Haiti and havana and the rest could be broken down too. Really delivered the Manhunt feel. Its perfect! You can have a run down mall, a Skinz junkyard, a broken down residential district (prawn), Haiti and havana and the rest could be broken down too. The brightness can completey be disposed of with the timecyc.dat and VC:Weather. If you was going for a GTA3-like look, you can create that very accurately (GTA LC is using VC:Weather too after all).
