need help

im converting the alpha from san andreas to vice city, i have convertet the textures and the dff and the hierarchy and it should all work fine but when i try to spawn it with vice city ultimate trainer it says cheat activated but nothing shows up...

i replaced it with the infernus is the anything wrong with the col file?
