Well, this looks like an awesome movie to me. I am a huge Jim Carrey fan. This is another serious role. I will definitely be seeing this. It comes out Feb. 23. Notice the date. It's all 23!

If this is old, sorry. Search isn't working. I checked back about 5 pages and didn't see anything.

Looks pretty good.

And Joel Schumacher has directed some good films...

Falling Down and Phone Booth to name a few.

Looks intresting, due to the fact that I love Jimmeh.

But for some odd reason that trailor raised alot of flags. reminded me far too much of the butterfly effect for some reason.

The Truman Show is still his best serious film I think.

Agreed. I have to check this new one out, but The Truman Show is a tough act to follow.

In addition to Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind and The Truman Show, Carrey was also very good in The Majestic.

This new film looks like it could be interesting. I'll check it out (but may wait until DVD).

Is nobody else wondering why Batman has a nipple on his body armor?

Had a run in with Mr. Freeze?

Definitely.

This movie looks like it could be good. I'm also a big Jim Carrey fan.

That's the main reason why I even posted that picture. The nipple. One of the worst decisions ever in the pre-planning of a movie...

Haha, me too. To this day, Falling Down remains an enigma to me. It has to be one of my all time favorite comedies, but the thing is, I still can't tell if it is just one of those bizarre, unintentional things that just happened the way it did, or if Schumacher really intended for it to be that funny. For example, every time I see the body fall into the ocean at the end, I can't stop laughing for at least five minutes. That scene smacks of South Park, although SP didn't exist at that time.

The Number 23 looks, how shall I put this, dumb. Can anyone say numerology? I can't stand that sh*t. Here's what's lame about this: if you take a group of decimal numbers and find it's single digit summation, it will be a number from 1 to 9, in this case, the number 5. Every number that adds up to the number five can be expressed as 9x+5. For example 50=9(5)+5 and sums to 5, 59=9(6)+5 and sums to 14 which sums to 5. 599=9(66)+5 which sums to 23. 5999=9(666)+5 which sums to 32. 32-9=23 and 32 backwards is 23! wow.gif I just found a link between 23 and 666!

Basically anyone can take a group of number,s see if they can get all or some of them to add up to 5, and then use multiples of 9 to get to 23.

Who knows though. By the looks of this, it could be another one of Schumacher's "accidental" comedies. I've always liked Jim Carrey's work so there's a good chance.
