Rayo Puño
So I'm replacing my speakers right? I get the right front side done in the door. I get to the very last screw in doing this, the screw in the thing you put your hand in to pull the door shut of the driver's side door panel, and it's rusted in like loctite. I tried WD40, and it did absolutely nothing. Well, it was a rusted old can of it (irony), and I don't know how effective that might be, but it did nothing. I waited like an hour even. Can anyone help me get this out? It sucks driving around with three new speakers and one factory, as an audiophile it bugs the sh*ts out of me. 92F
You could try drilling it through, cutting the head off it and try using a flat headed screwdriver, heating it up with a small gas burner etc.

Slynke
Nothing.. You're f*cked. Sorry man, that speaker is never coming out.. Seriously, try heating it up a little, see if you can get some movement out of it. If not, just break it off, drill it out, and drill a new hole for your speaker. Rocketkiller
WD-40 has never failed me, try WD-40 and hitting it with a hammer, that has a chance of working.
