can u make ped targetable

dose any one know if and how you can lock onto peds with rockets from the hydra? just think it would be fun to send rockets after peds for a change! maybe done in a way that when u hold space to lock onto cars and when u hold tab it will lock onto peds! can it be done? thans for any help. biggrin.gif
