The first half of this topic refers to Cheatdevice, which would imply your going to mod the PSP VCS; you can't add or replace models or textures to that game. If it *is* editing the psp version of the game, then the topic needs to be in cheats section of vcs. If the mod was for the PC version of Vice City, it would need to go in either Recruits and Request, since there is recruitment involved, or the mod showroom, where work is "shown off". So when the topic author is able to write a coherent explanation of just what this mod is for (either psp vcs OR PC Vice City) and PM it to me, i'll unlock, or move the topic as appropriate.
