Instead of posting a silly topic, read up at GTANet's own modding wiki, GTAModding. Then, utilize the forum search engine (related guide) to find past discussions on the editing topic of your choice. Pinned topics in the modding forums are always going to be useful, too. Finally, once all other avenues of self-research have been exhausted, you should then post a topic in the dedicated editing discussion forums.
