g93 Posted January 18, 2007 Share Posted January 18, 2007 I have Windows XP Service Pack 2,AMD Athlon XP 1600+,1.41Ghz,256 RAM and ATI Radeon 7500 with newest(Catalyst 6.11)drivers.When i want to play GTA Vice City,my game crash and computer restarts.I never had that problem with GTA San Andreas or GTA 3.My game crash only on first island in game(first part of town)and in cutscenes.Can anybody help me solve this problem? Justin Posted January 21, 2007 Share Posted January 21, 2007 I think (possibly according to Dem) that one widely distributed warezed copy of VC has this problem. I'm not accusing you of anything, but if you have indeed downloaded the game as opposed to purchasing it, that'll be your problem right there. Otherwise, your RAM is pretty bare-bone. If possible, grab another stick of it, or alternatively (and at no financial cost to yourself), free some up by ending all non-essential processes such as anti-virus.
