As an advice, don't try to start like I did. I wanted to know how to do everything in mission coding. That's not the way to do it. If you want to be a good coder, you gotta learn from the basics. If you learn how to place markers, place cars, actors and stuff, then you can check the original code and check the opcodes fot making missions. I know all that stuff that I wrote will not help you, but if you want to know how to make missions, you got to create a lot of stuff that you learn in the basics. That's my 2 cents.
