Xsjado Posted January 17, 2007 Share Posted January 17, 2007 Hey i was jus wonderin if the patched version of liberty city stories could be played on firmware 1.5. when i got the game a few days ago i had never heard of cheat device and all the awsum stuff it could do (shame on me) and i upgradded to 2.6 chuking all my homebrew from fw 1.5 out the window and thinking how good it would be with all the new stuff. but before i upgraded i tryed playing the game on my fw 1.5 using fastloader and it wouldent work. when ever it starteed loading the game the screen jus went black and did nothing. then i upgraded to 2.0 and i still couldnt play before updating to 2.6. so can the patched liberty city stories be played on fw 1.5 and also is their anyway to run cheat device on fw 2.6? your help would be greatly appreciated Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Anyway, here goes my help. Just get the latest Devhook for FW2.71, then download a copy of FW2.71 dump, then UPGRADE to 2.71, then run the LCS CheatDevice PRX via Devhook. Voila! I've been putting up with my copy of patched LCS for so frickin' long, and finally, the PRX came out and 2.71 was hacked and able to run homebrew. Then, I saw the ray of hope. Where can ya get an australian or europe or wateva ever it is fw 2.71 dump? Edit: Jus realised dat the prx dosent work wif the aus version.
