Strange problem. Pivots or something?

Okay so heres my problem: After converting my model ingame, setting pivots and stuff, the model is showing all fine, but then when i try to drive it, all moving parts move wrong ways, i mean when i drive, the tires start rotating horizonal, and when i try to turn with it, the whole front forks moves front/backwars, when they are supposed to turn. Here's a pic so u can understand better. Click!
