About the IFP IO 3ds max plugin

I have been using Kam's awesome GTA tools for 3ds Max and experimenting with the IFP IO plugin. This brings up a question: There is a checkbox labeled "Skip Pos keys." What does it do? I can't find it documented anywhere.

 

Also with the "Batch Import Animation" feature: when I open ped.ifp there are 294 animations. Is there any way to find out what number an animation is in the middle of that list other than counting it down manually?
