Drizz Posted January 16, 2007 Share Posted January 16, 2007 Sorry if it was asked before, but it's urgent. My friend is trying to install the LC mod for San Andreas, but the Map Cleaner crashes. It worked perfectly for me, but not for him. I know in the read-me it says "It may crash but it will be fine" or whatever... Well, here it's not fine. Okay, this f*cking map cleaner always f*cks up when it gets to deleting the "LAn" file. What the sh*t? It gives me some error message. Several people had the same problem on the site where it's hosted. The dude who made the mod said "This other guy had the problem, but now he has it working." That's all he said. I can't get it to work. If anyone else has it installed, please, tell me what the f*ck is going on. I'm installing it right. The only one thing I could see as a problem is that, when I try to use the map cleaner, it doesn't work. When it starts to attempt to delete sh*t, it gives me an error message, and stops doing anything. I tried doing it all manually, but that still didn't work. The error message is "Access violation at address 00402387 in module 'MapCleaner.exe'. Read of address BF624918." by the way. I don't know what to do. I really want this to work, but it refuses to.
