Can't install GTA SA

Hello folks,

 

I cannot seem to install GTA SA onto my laptop. I have urrently been reformating it. Now when I try to install this message pops up:

 

 

My specs:

 

Windows XP Home Service Pack 1

SIS M760 built onto mother board

AMD Turion 1.58ghz processor

992mb ram (I think another 32mb is shared or something)

This error is almost always the result of installing off a burnt disc. Unless you're one of the extreme minority who experiences this error with a legitimate copy of the game, just go out and buy it.

I did actually buy the game. My disc is just majorly scratched as I leave it out all of the time.
