[WIP|SCR] GTA: Back to the Future

Recommended Posts

Not sure if anyone has mentioned this, but it kinda irks me when I load VC. That's supposed to be Biff at the very lower left on the title screen, right? Well his hair is black, and it doens't look right, and I noticed in some of the other panels Marty has black hair. Other than that it's a real well done screen, but I think the hair colors should be fixed.

This mod looks more awesome with every new update. I'm lovin' the new glowing coils. BTW, I bought

one of them Welly BTTF II Delorean replica's. It doesn't seem too different from the Sunstar other than no flipping wheels and it's smaller. Shifty41s_beerhatsmilie2.gif

This time, new glow colors, wheel glow effects, and....i have no idea what the hell you call those green lights doing what they're doing.

Also, who said this was an sa only feature

There's something I've been working on, and I showed to Delorean88us earlier. Based on his feedback, I updated it and I think it's good to show to everybody now.

It's a trainer that simulates time circuits' keypad. Now you can travel to more years. There's a readme.txt with instructions.

Just a couple more suggestions based on your readme. With the input mainly. Try making it more complicated with the input system. I prefer typing in 4 digits to change the hour and minutes, not the month and day. Here's how I did it on my calculator when I made a time circuit simulator for it. If the number is 4 digits long, change hour and minutes. If it's 8 digits, change month, day, year. If all digits, obvious. For the interface, I prefer having buttons to select numpad or numbers, rather than hotkeys. And please replace the error sound with the one in the mod. It's band_04.wav.

Sorry about the error sound (I should've figured that earlier...). About the part for selecting numbers or Numpad, I put the - and / keys into use now. At first, both sets are available. If you press - (the key used for underlines), only default numbers will be active. If you press / (the key at left of *), it'll switch into Numpad only. Once you press one, it'll disable itself, so you'll know when certain block is active if its respective switch key doesn't make a sound.

I modified the input system based on what you just said. 4 digits = hours. 8 digits = date. 12 digits = date with hours.
