I was doing it, lol. and crossed the bridge, entered never wanted cheat,lol, took the stars off, and the triangle button, in the cheat, kicked me out of my truck, causing the truck to thrust forward, far away, causing me to loose lance.

 

is the code needed?, can i pass without it?

 

 

any other tips?

Well, of course the Never Wanted cheat includes the Triangle button so you'd have to enter it BEFORE you start the mission for it to stay in tact.

 

Though, you can pass the mission without it.

Yeah, you can pass without the cheat. I didn't use it, but it wasn't a hassle for me.

 

I take it you have a problem on the driving part. Just keep up with Lance, and all will be good.

 

Once you reach the bridge, Martinez will start to shoot at you with his Hunter. Just stay on the opposite side of where he is shooting. (i.e. shoots left side, go to the right, and vice versa)

 

After you reach the next island, Martinez will back off, and will leave you free to drive to the blip, to finish the mission.

 

Just drive carefully. Also, the Barracks is a helluva vehicle. So ram through any police roadblocks you see.

Yes this opens the city completly.

Yes I believe you can get one on top of the police station in Downtown.

I have it and I'd say no, all the information contained in it can either be found here or on various other sites scattered across the net.
