carcols.dat
I am trying to export as a collision file in Zmod 1.07b and I get an error stating the following: "Export is unavailable or not supported yet" WTF is this? Isn't 1.07b supposed to be the version that does support exporting as a GTA file? Is there a patch or something for this? 92F
When you export the object do you give it a name and end it with .dff? i.e. car.dff Link to comment https://gtaforums.com/topic/265057-problem-exporting-as-gta-files-in-zmod-107b/#findComment-4012710 Share on other sites
carcols.dat
Yes, I have given the file an extension ... skimmer.col ... anyway, I have decided to use CollEditor 2.0 by Steve-M to edit the collision files. With model files, ZMod doesn't even open it and just acts as if I had never imported anything into it, but I think thats a problem with the way the dff was originally compiled, because some of them do open up in Zmod. I have sort of resolved the problem with the collision files for now, but I'm afraid this will happen once again when I start editing dff files, as the export function will not work... EDIT: I have just found out that the problem had nothing to do with Zmod, but rather the model itself. Just as I speculated above, the way the model was compiled caused this error. I tried the doing same thing for another model and it worked ... sorry for this worthless post Edited January 12, 2007 by Darlyn Link to comment https://gtaforums.com/topic/265057-problem-exporting-as-gta-files-in-zmod-107b/#findComment-4013022 Share on other sites
