I'm so bloody jealous of my older brother at the moment, he just came back from that Queen concert "We Will Rock You" (which he didn't invite me to even though he knows that I'm a big Queen fan, or my brohter or dad who too are big fans). And the worse part is that Brian May made a special appearence at the end of the show and did a 30 minute guitar solo. And he never even bought me any memorabilia from the show either.

I rarely order pizza from take out places, but I called up Domino's for some deliver tonight given the circumstances (in Hartford to take care of some sh*t, no car, got in late and was f*cking hungry). The bullsh*t online "tracker device," or whateverthef*ck they call it, finally indicates "MMM, your pizzas there. enjoy." No it f*cking isn't. Ok, so sh*t happens, maybe they just forget one of their customers, or are too afraid to come to this side of town (it's Hartford, so like 92% of it is pure sh*t). So I call up the local store and end up waiting on hold for a good 7-10minutes before someone eventually picks up. And this is a good 60minutes after I'd placed the god damn order.

 

And here's the best part: as if I'm not already unimpressed with their sh*tty service, while waiting on hold, I have to listen to their bullsh*t corporate message. I'd rather hear a crying baby on loop instead of some bitch telling me "Hi. We can't wait to take your order. We're not artisans here at Dominos, but you might think we are with our new blah blah blah" in the cheesiest voice you can imagine. f*ck I want to go jihad all over dominos.

My Dominos online order always works, and my gran lives in an area of Kings Lynn that is unknown to 99% of people living there. It actually gets put in within 15 minutes then tells me sh*ts being delivered, I still have to wait another 15 for it to arrive at which time the pizza is about to turn cold which sucks. I feel the pain though, I've had those similar problems with Pizza Hut and some local place, the local place took over 2 hours to come.

Don't even get me started on Domino's pizza! Every once in awhile I like factory pizza. The only problem is Domino's doesn't delivery to my neighborhood. They used to. Years ago my neighborhood used to be less than friendly, and back then, they delivered. Their delivery people must have gotten 'knocked over' a few times so they stopped delivering around here. The weird thing is - that was many years ago. Now this neighborhood is super popular and the 'badness' has been long gone for over 10yrs now.

 

Not too long ago we tried to sneak an order in using the online service. The order was accepted, but then a few minutes later the phone rings.

Angry Asian domino's lady: "You order dominos?"

Me: "Yes."

Angry Asian domino's lady: "We no go there!!!"

The only problem is Domino's doesn't delivery to my neighborhood.

Same with me, and it's so annoying when they go door-to-door with those bloody menus only to phone them up and find out they don't deliver in your area.

Dominos doesn't deliver where I live either, which sucks balls. It takes me a total of 30 minutes to drive to pick it up and back home, by which time it needs to go in the oven to warm up again. Its so worth it though with the fact that they have super thin crust.

No. I live in the middle of a field, all I have near me is Chinese and Indian. There's a fish and chip shop but that's changed hands so many times that really, the last owners got arrested for drugs so I'd never go there.

 

Also, my Dominos place always has offers on. Lunch time deals are the best ''buy any size pizza for £6'' or ''Buy 1 get 1 free'' then in the evenings they have the collection price of £11. I save £5 when I get a large just on the collection.

Good point there, last night when we ordered a Large Pizza it was £10. I order a small one today and it's £10 for a small.

He keeps asking me which high school I go to and I finally answer Beyer (high school I used to go to...) So 20 minutes later we're at the school, he walks me inside the office, and tells them that I was ditching school. They look me up AND LOOK AT f*ckING THAT! IVE ALREADY f*ckING GRADUATED DUMBASS. He did drive me home though. Worst waste of 60 minutes ever...

Does it bug anyone else when people quote multiple, multiple posts? Rather then erase the pointless comments and quote only what's needed, they just quote the whole lot so it takes up over half the page and you forget what it was for anyway.

Depends if it stretches the page. What pisses me off more is the fact people will post pictures in topics and will say ''sorry I know they stretch the page'' but wont actually make them smaller. I've got a f*cking 22" screen and sh*t still gets a page stretch because of those people. It takes an extra 2 minutes to save it, open it up in paint make it smaller and save again to upload.
