I hate making a request to a music station and they don't even play my request, after waiting 5 hours aswell!

Holy sh*t! That still happens? Not the waiting for your song to be played, but actually calling a radio station and requesting a song to be played.

 

Do they still play a small bit of the phone call on the air?

 

DJ Rick - "Tina from Pottsgrove wants to hear Shakedown Street by the Grateful Dead."

 

Soundbit from Tina on the phone - "Hey, Rick, this is ,Tina, from Pottsgrove. Ya think ya can play Shakedown Street by the Grateful Dead? I love that song and me and my friends are sitting here waiting for our shift at the Pottsgrove paper cup factory to end and are dying to hear it right now."

Must be the how the DJ is I guess? Anyways I would stick with an iPod or MP3 player so you wouldn't have to get caught in the hassle of waiting for your desired song to be played by someone over the radio. And yes, it's a bit annoying. I remember requesting a song before and the DJ simply ignored it and went to the next request. f*cking mongs. This is why I don't listen to the radio anymore. It's full of useless crap like Wayne and other sh*t. Dev, I'd say she's one of the good people on the radio. Adele? Cool. All those club songs? Well most of them are good for clubs, parties and a car ride. Other than that, sh*t. I stick with my iPod now and laptop when I listen to music, since I can listen to my desired songs with the touch of a button. It's much easier.

Radio in general seems pretty sh*t to me, DJ's like to talk too much and some of the sh*t they must get paid to say is good, is utter crap. It seems like any time a decent song is on the radio, I tune in just as the bastard is finishing. I also don't get why the heck I get great reception for sh*t stations, but the ones that play decent music I get awful reception. I get tempted to call in or text just to say shut the f*ck up and play some god damn music, they seem to love the sound of their voice way too much, I just resort to listening to the same couple of CD's I have in my car over and over again, sing along whilst I drive.

 

Midgets don't annoy me, I know it sounds awfully ignorant the sight of a midget makes me laugh, I also think seeing too midgets fight has to be funniest sh*t you could probably ever watch.

 

Something that really pisses me right off, is toilet attendents, If I ever go to the bathroom in a nightclub/bar with someone living in the toilet, passing me the soap and offering me a f*cking towel, it makes me so damn uncomfortable, its just not right, one I cant help but feel sorry for them, what a sh*tty degrading job, two I'm tight and I dont like to reward someone for doing something I could easily and actually prefer to do myself, I always do tip because I'm not a complete asshole but still I'd rather not see people working in this kind of job, most probably unlike the average guy, I do speak to them, ask where they are from and how they are doing? But it strikes me as completely wrong.

I'm a US citizen and I used to live there, but my mother got very sick so I had to come back and care for her. I don't want to be in a different country when she passes...

What happened to taking your time when completing games? All i see these days (people on this forum included) 2-3 days after release people saying they have completed it already. I really just dont see thew point.

 

People complain about story lines being short. But its also down to people rushing the f*ck through it.

Like I said, it seems normal to THEM, but not to other people. Everybody has a different taste, why can't people accept that? Whatever we are, it seems normal to us.

Although, they do get pretty annoying. There's a couple of scene kids and emo's at my High School and during phys ed today, 2 scene girls were drew cat whiskers on each other and took pictures. I mean... wow.

I just can't be asked to rush games. One mission every few days in general.

This is the main reason I wish to purchase Assassins Creed II again. I rushed through it, but mainly due to how much I loved the game, but then upon completion, I felt like I had done it way too quickly, and even got myself confused on parts of the story due to me rushing through and not paying much attention.

 

I guess it's down to bragging rights for the majority of people.

I have no problem with mainstream music, but I do have a problem with people who listens to mainstream music. Seriously, they are a bunch of hypocrites who are always trying to shove their kind of music into my faces. They are always introducing me to this new popular song and if I say that it's not my type of music, they insult me in whatever way they can.
