I feel like a lot of people read me the wrong way. And when I say something and don't clarify myself enough, people tend to see it as an opportunity to pick me apart. I see this happens a lot with people who aren't exactly that good at expressing their thoughts especially in the moment. They say something and it's clear that it's not exactly what they're implying but people go ahead and start losing their minds and antagonizing.

 

I kind of don't care anymore. I mean obviously to a certain extent I do because I'm making this post but it's hard to feel bad anymore. Maybe that's good, bad I don't know.

I hate it when someone leaves a comment on a youtube video about some disaster or something saying something like "Thank god no one was seriously hurt" and then someone just has to come along and say "So your 'god' did allowed this bad thing blah blah blah?"

 

Does it matter? Their comment thanking God isn't hurting anyone, you're just overly sensitive and letting everyone know what an intolerant and disrespectful asshole you are.

To make it even better: Our freaking PROPHET called terrorists (ISIS, Al Qaeda, etc) "dogs of Hell". That alone says something, and apparently this "wise European Civilization master" can't figure out what that means.

 

It simply means that our religion loathes the Islamic State Wakners. Him (prophet) calling them names proves that.

What really pisses me off lately are these preachy hypocritical "friends" they have access to hard drugs I dabble with occasionally when I want to feel happy or got a few days off. I'm a bit grumpy because I've seemed to have gotten sick! My head aches, my teeth hurt ( which commonly happens when I get sick ), my nose is " Runnier than a race-horse " and my throat itches.

What's with the younger brothers following their elder brothers? Like, the same sh*t I used to do, the youngling has to do..and he's doing them in even worser ways than me. It's like I'm trying to show him ways not to burn his hand and he instead wants to see what happens when he puts his hand on fire!?

 

He's worse than the 15 year old me and they want me to believe we're evolving? Being honest with him about my mistakes and sharing with him didn't help, being a good listener didn't help either nor does explaining in kind words seem to work. Gotta use the harsh yet probably effective measures now.

 

Kindness is often misunderstood for weakness and for the good of people, if one has to be bad with them, then be it.

Maybe I'm just spoiled by this forum, maybe you all are too nice. But I just can't lurk other forums, I just can't. For the most part, I find forums cancerous. Every once in a while I'll try a new one out and in most cases I end up regretting it. I tried City-Data last night to do research on a university I want to go to in town. Boy the responses in there were the snobbiest, rudest crap. People just outright calling the city that I live in full of uneducated Hispanics and that that university is full of slackers because they have low admission standards. One person praised the richest part of our city and then scoffed at how much it must suck for them to be a part of such an uneducated uncultured city. City snobs. Are you serious?

 

The mods do a great job around here and I'm starting to realize that more and more.
