I did two session of Twitch totaling over 2 hours only to realize the game I'm playing is so old that my broadcast software can't stream it. I just had to delete 2+ hours of my little head in the corner window with game audio happening, but no game graphics. f*ck!!! And I really wanted to twitch Bad Mojo(and other really old games - I'll figure out a way).

Fighting Games. I have a love and hate relationship with them. So here i am playing Mortal Kombat Komplete which i got cause i have some friends come over so we play, anyways i decided to do the story mode, i played Injustice and i liked its story mode.

So im on Liu Kangs chapter and i swear that fight against Scorpion and Quan Chi is so f*cking frustrating, Especially Quan Chi his stupid teleporting move goddammit plus by some reason i keep messing up the combos for the special attack especially the bicycle kick which happens to be the only effective move this asshole has that works .. i must have restarted the match a dozen or so times.

I feel ya. Fighting games are the few that would get me so riled up I'd almost wanna through my controller. But whenever you win a match or land a sick move, so satisfying. I have a craving for soul calibur 2 now...

Last night I went to see Deadpool with my girlfriend. It was her idea. I'm not much for superhero films, and I feel like there's too many out now (and even more planned) for me to even get slightly caught up on. By the time I've watched them all and graced the relevant films with second viewings to make sure I haven't missed anything, I'll be queuing up for my pension muttering like Stan Lee whispering into a desk fan. Anyway, I get up to leave and let a couple up out of their row before me only to notice they'd brought a baby to the cinema. I was stunned - alright, the baby was about three or four months old and probably wouldn't know the word "fuck" if it was written on their highchair table but it isn't like the film is a slow moving, gently edited biopic about Morgan Freeman. It's full of explosions, loud music, tits and all that stuff. I'm surprised I didn't hear the little tyke crying. If you can afford cinema tickets nowadays, you can afford a babysitter.

Definitely irresponsible. If not for the content, it's more the environment and what potential discomfort it may have caused the baby. I know everybody has a different approach to parenting and different opinions on what is right for their child. I also know I have no background knowledge on their circumstances, but come on - a baby? It's not on.

The baby's not going to understand the content, but the loud noises and dark, cramped environment must have caused the lass some discomfort. It's also a bit unfair to other cinema-goers to bring a baby to the cinema.

Agreed. Thankfully my theater has a section where it is adults only. Worth the extra cash IMO.
