Seriously, I don't see a problem with a meme. A picture is a thousand words, as they say. Would you rather have him write it in text? Damn, come on.

Seeing how this is the grumpy old forumers topic and I happen to have been here 8+ years; Back in the old days of GTAF replying with one word or a picture used to be a warnable offense. I have one in my warning log.

 

The one way I like to look at it is we should be able to articulate on or own...in our own speak. It keeps us more human. It allows for discussion.

I guess it depends on where you post the meme.

If you do it (ie) in this section, it'll be generally accepted by all (including staff that also do it from time to time).

If you do it (ie) in V, you'll probably be reported* and the Staff might feel the need to act.

 

I've one spam/meme's warning form last September.

I don't know if this is a feelings post or a grumpy post. I'm not particularly grumpy or sad though. I'm just a bit tired. People always on their high horses and criticizing you because they have this and you don't, you're this age so you can't this or that and you're stupid, I know how to do this you don't, I have more friends than you hahaha. Typically something I like to ignore but I've been encountering it a lot lately. It doesn't really make me feel anything but wow, what is wrong with people. Kind of a bit drained I guess.

My insurance company had apparently sent a packet to my house and because I never got it I received a phone call saying that they will cancel my insurance march 1st. Now I have to go down to the county offices and get a packet from them and see if I can turn it in before my insurance gets cancelled.

Because they want/need me to scan in proof of everything specifically at their offices all the time. Plus, They already have a huge amount of my info in their computer database already so it prevents me from having to re-enter it all.

Ugh. Yesterday's night was the "bullsh*ttiest" night ever. To make it even worse, it was 17 February. smh

 

It all started when I was just about to sleep. Exactly at 11:35 at night. Then my stupid mind decided to remember a song I was looking for (why didn't you pop up an hour ago? ), and decided to go back to Chrome again. Found song, downloaded it. 11:45 PM.

 

For some Godawful reason Bluetooth doesn't work on this stupid laptop so I had to turn off my phone, pull out the SD Memory Card, shove it in my laptop, wait forever for the pop-up Window to appear, then FINALLY copy the song I just downloaded to the SD Card so I can listen to it later. Did all that, remembered that I had about 3 images I wanted to copy to my PC a lifetime ago. Problem is, the images are in my phone storage and not in the SD Card. Thanks brain.

 

So I shove the SD Card back in my phone, copy the files in my SD card, pull the Card again and put it in my laptop and head where I saved it.... nope. Didn't show up. Backtrack again on phone to double-check, files somehow vanished, wat. Re-copy them in another directory, nope. By now it was 12:13 AM. Ugh. My mother yelled at me for staying awake for THIS LONG and I had to shut down my laptop.

 

 

To make matters worse, when I grabbed my stupid laptop again the copying process succeeded from the first time. Yeah, f*ck you too Craptop and Sambug.

Ugh, you reminded me of how broken weather is here. Was thinking about posting this a few WEEKS ago but, ya know, Syntax Error: Memory is Full.

 

Last weeks in past December: Cold-as-f*cking-Hell. FOUR layers of clothing (long-sleeved, tight-necked shirt + wool, thick shirt + stupid School Jacket - part of the school uniform, lastly a thick knee-level jacket) and I was STILL freezing.

Last week in December: Not-so cold as before, but still.

First two weeks in January: Hot as f*ck.

Past week: Cold-as-sin.

This week: Warm at first, hot these days.
