Edit: I just watched the video and I see what you mean. That guy must have needed to meet his monthly quota.

At our local cars and coffee, they've got cops now as well. The exit is onto a freeway access road that heads directly uphill. The super cars used to leave making a bit a noise and you could stand by and film. Now they've got cops and blocked off the exit to people unless they're leaving. No noise, no takeoffs. The funnest part of the show ruined.

for some reason they started cracking down on any type of modified car about 10 yrs ago and its only gotten worse. I use too see hooked up cars all the time. but now i hardly see any. i guess the ghetto style ones but thats about it.

I'd argue that the implication, even more so within the context of his whole post, is weak at best.

 

I see how you'd reach that conclusion, but I can't agree with it. I mean, logically, if you personally witnessed that sort of thing you'd not be treating as flippantly (like his post) as someone who'd seen it on Youtube and thus had an emotional disconnect from the event.

What annoys me about storms, is not the whole naming thing, as I can see where they are coming from. No what annoys me is that when it's blowing a chuffing gale outside they send some poor shmuck of a journalist to stand on some wave battered, windy and rainy as f*ck promenade getting smacked over the face with everything that the elements can think of to throw at them... for what?!?... just to make a point that it's blowing a f*cking hurricane... we get it, just prop yourself up in a pub and point the camera outside the window. We don't need your death taped for posterity just to prove a point that it's not exactly sunbathing weather.

I absolutely hated Online (never played it, I just saw some YouTube videos of it and all it seems to be is people driving around in Lambos or Bugattis or flying in jets killing everyone else.) when I heard about the "Bad Sport" thing.
