4. add some random synths, building sweeps and a quote before the drop

5. rinse and repeat

you could prolly put dialup sound over a beat like that and call it future house, tech house or some sh*t

Funny part is you didn't have to. You could turn the volume down or off. But you wanted to. It was the sound of the future. It was good.
