Noticed a brown wet spot on my arm.

 

Realised this cat had fresh poo residue on his butt the whole time I was holding him.

I decided to try and get all the songs that I didn't have for a band I like, after realising that they had a few songs exclusive to 7" vinyl singles that I'd missed out on, so I thought I'd putter around google and get all the songs I don't have.

 

3 hours later, and multiple times I've gone "Okay, is that all their songs now?" and then finding a song exclusive to a Japanese version of an obscure EP they released...bloody hell that was annoying. I found discogs.com far too late, to boot. Apparently the fan site couldn't be bothered to list 'em all.

 

Luckily there was some kind sod who uploaded most of them to soundcloud (and made them downloadable), with the rest being...reachable.

Got my new laptop today and after getting everything setup and my bookmarks transferred, I thought I was done. But every time I go here my screen dims. I went to advaned settings to make sure that setting was off but it still auto-dims. It's very hard for me to ignore.

 

Also I was using small external keyboard on my older laptop so being back on a regular one feels awkward and I keep hitting all of the wrong keys. Also spellcheck isn't working.

Google is your friend with that problem...I understand the keyboard thing.

 

Last month i bought a Logitech 510s gaming keyboard and it took me a while to get used to the little extra keys and not hitting them.

Yeah I'm looking up ways to solve the brightness thing. But other than that, I love this laptop. My Toshiba was literally on it's last legs:

• Speakers started malfunctioning last August and no drivers helped at all. Sound would play from 30 seconds to 1 minute and then go out. Only way you could get them working again was to stop anything that made sound for about 15 seconds.
• Touchpad just stopped working shortly after the speakers.
• Videos started lagging.
• Malware.
• Stalling every 10 minutes or so.
• Overheating.
• Last week my sister knocked over my grape Crush soda and it spilled all over the keyboard. I thought it was dead after it starting to lag and left it to dry for 3 days. It was fine, a thin layer of plastic under the keyboard shielded the motherboard from the soda, but the keyboard was dead.

So I couldn't be happier with a new laptop, I just always get a little flustered with setting things up.

Hence why i specified PC R* added an extra 3mb of junk code to the PC Update to try and confuse people who make mod menus but it only ended up hurting the gameplay rather than the modder
