Since you all seem so damn interested: For about five years I made sure to take my contacts out at night up until recently. Actually, I think I started wearing them overnight in Nicaragua because I kept finding cockroaches on my contacts case and was too grossed out to deal with that every night, so yeah. Plus, they're technically "dailies" contacts that I'm supposed to throw out every day, but I make them last a few months because they're a fancier kind made of the same material as the monthly contacts, anyway. Contacts are expensive, man.

 

And no, I don't wear my glasses when I sleep unless 1) I'm passed out drunk or 2) I'm spontaneously napping (which could correlate to number 1).
