At first I took it as random jokes. I ended up blocking the f*cker. Started speaking with Russian (funny as how his username suggest something like "F*ck Russia" from what I heard from the others), later when I started speaking with MY language, he started crying and said "Its my problem" whereas it was his problem.

Not the forums. The forums, like you said, are worse than GTAV's forums in the first days' release combined with Reddit like how you said.

Funny Fact: All this sh*t happened when I was searching for "Free Libya" for the lulz ages ago. I've seen someone praising Gaddafi, stated my opinion (And for the record, I didn't said anything bad). I even forgot about my comments there. Then this dude attacked me out of nowhere. Saw his homepage, a MLP hater (nothing to brag about, not a fan of MLP either), then I responded to him stating that "Apparently, a guy who threatened to WIPE OUT A F*CKING 5 MILLIONS OF CITIZENS JUST BECAUSE THEY DON'T WANT HIM ANYMORE is a good guy", then all this sh*tfest started.

 

Still, the atheists there ate the worst to be ever seen. The second they know that you believe in God, they make it their everyday job to "convert you" by spamming you with "DERES NO GOD UR BRANWASHED!!1".

I hate the f*cking summer. It's late at night and there's the same torrid temperature outside than inside the house so, if I already had sleeping problems, this makes them worse. If the windows stay open, the noise of the street disturbs me (for about 45 minutes the f*cking garbage trucks had been passing down in the street, making an incredible noise). That's not very nice.

 

I came here to complain about youtube. They deleted one of the few popular channels worth watching (MDE, also the guy who bullsh*tted an entire TED talk a few months ago), and now some of those videos are gone forever unless youtube decides to reinstate the channel. And when videos are deleted you get an empty box that says [deleted video] on any playlists, so eventually your playlists fill up with empty videos, and to keep track of which ones need to be replaced you have to keep your own catalog because youtube deletes the title of the video along with it.

Just what in the f*ck did they do with the TMNT series? Why in the hell do the turtles look like they've dropped the pizza for steroids instead? I was probably the most hardcore TMNT fan on my block back in the day.. hell, I even wore the TMNT whitey tighties, TMNT shoes, sh*t man, from head to toe I was bossing TMNT.

I know technology changes a lot .. especially since the early 90's to now with certain things being remastered or remade but damn dude.. I haven't looked up much on TMNT for awhileeee.. but I was walking my boy through the toy aisle earlier today and saw the TMNT figures and failure they have now and it's like WHAT IN THE HELL AM I LOOKING AT!? Good thing he's into Spiderman and they haven't made Spiderman look like a total jackass.

 

Now we got the ditzy Megan Fox playing April? Like seriously? Gtfo. Even the old TMNT movies atleast stuck to their likeness and I must admit, to this day, I still enjoy the films.. but this sh*t here, I won't even watch. f*ck that...

I just don't like lego now in the sense that, rather than encouraging you to have an imagination and build what you want to build, they want you to build a lego harry potter thing, or a lego indiana jones thing. No more "here's some blocks, see where they take you", now it's "here's some blocks, follow the instructions or ye shall be smitten to hell".

 

Hell, I grew up more with Playmobil when I was growing up and they haven't really changed much, right? Right!?

Better to just buy a bucket full of assorted legos.. but I feel you on that. Another thing you really don't see anymore or atleast it's hard to come by, is a bucket full of army dudes (as I used to call them). I could play with those things hours on end in my past.

Mixing nostalgia & grumpiness, why the hell aren't model trains as big as they used to be? I read that back in the 60s and 70s and so on, if you had a bigass model railroad going through your basement, you were the coolest kid on your block. Now if you have one, it's like you're a creepy old man. What gives? Nothing's wrong with model trains, it's a lot better than sitting in front of a screen for all hours of the day, that's for true.

I know i'm not very happy with the remake, I love the original TMNT movies my favorite was the original and the "The Secret Of Ooze" movie where you finally found out what happened to the turtle and the return of Shredder with the Mega Snapping Turtle and Mega Wolf only for them to be bribed with doughnuts!

 

Some movies are best left alone and not to make any "Remakes" they were perfect the first time no need to try and "Remake/Remaster them" i bought the TMNT video game that was released on Steam last year i was sadly disapointed

 

Does anybody remember the movie "3 Ninja's & 3 Ninjas Kick Back? the first two was the best and the 3rd one was Ok and they should've left it alone with the original cast but they decided to make a 4th squeal and a all new cast and it sucked!

 

Watch in like 5 years we will have a 3 Ninjas remake where the boys are all grown up with kids of their own and the family gets in trouble on a camping trip and they all have to band together to defeat the woodsmen

Something I don't like about new Legos is the fact that they don't create their own stuff anymore. Back in the day, they had some original stuff like Adventurers (which were epic with all the Egypt, dinosaur and other stuff), Pirates or Old West. Now it's all related to Hollywood movies: Indiana Jones, Pirates of the Caribbean, every kind of Hollywood superheros... Where is the imagination left?

 

Another thing is that they've been repeating and redisigning the same stuff for years. The police station and fire station, the airport and not much else. I know you can use the imagination to build your own stuff, but there's still things that you wouldn't be able to build with the kind of bricks the aforementioned sets come with.

 

Anyway I remember that when I was a child as a huge fan of Legos I already looked nostalgic to the back then already old catalogs and the simplicity yet variety of the sets there appeared.

Be grateful you haven't seen the reboot of Biker Mice From Mars. I personally liked it, more realistic, and I'm not much into "IM FOL OF MUSCLES" bullcrap, I'm sure that if you seen it, I dunno what will happen to you two.
