The person who has the turn can only ask a question about Vice City. 2. You have to get the previous person's question correct in order for it to be your turn. 3. It has to be a Who or What am I? question. 4. If nobody can get the question then the person who made up the question has to at least give some sort of hint. 5. Don't forget to follow GTAForums rules and restrictions also. 6. One post per person per hour. 7. No double posting. I WILL POST THE PEOPLE'S RANK EVERY END OF THE WEEK. THERE IS ONLY TEN RANKS. Don't forget to follow the rules! Have fun and enjoy. I will start of the first question: I am an object found only on Starfish Island. What am I?
