lolller
Hi there I just got a new laptop, which I would like to play GTA San Andreas on. In order to do so I installed GTA San Andreas on it and then I copied the GTA San Andreas user files to the laptop from my old computer, so that I did not have to start all over and could conteinue from where I got to. The problem is just that, when I run GTA San Andreas on my laptop and I go to the load a game menu the game appears with the right title, but the game starts from the beginning (where you are in the airport and Sweet calls you and tell Mom is dead). I cannot understand why this is happening and it is very frustrating so please help. P.S. Cool forum I did not that a such forum existed; I am looking very much forward to explore it furtherly. Sorry if my english is not that good but I am not a native speaker of it. Hope you can help me!

angelpine
For the PC huh, I don't remember very well for that one (I switched to PS2) Well, pause the game, go to "GAME", then "LOAD"
Justin
It sounds like the saved games might be version-incompatible. There's a few pinned topics around the place that should be able to help you there. Also, you copied the entire User Files directory? If so, delete gta_sa.set - this file holds settings indigenous to your old PC, and might be causing conflict with your laptop's configuration.
