minigun blood spray

if you shoot someone with a minigun, theres a big spray of blood whereas if you shoot someone with a pistol, its just a few drops....can u make it so that all the bullet firing weapons use the same effects as the minigun when you shoot someone?

As far as I can tell, modding the game is the only way you'll be able to achieve it. This will require time and effort, though...

I guess you could exchange the minigun with the pistol, but it would be rather pointless. What are you aiming for anyway?

 

The effects.fxp might hold some answers. Open with notepad

where is the effects.fxp located?? im willing to mod the game so long as its not to difficult.

This sounds interesting. BTW, is this for Vice City or San Andreas?

its for vice city, in san andreas the bullet hit effects are all the same (except headshots with a powerful gun like sniper). vice city has better hit effects in my opinion like popping their shoulder, leg and the blood spray.
