I glanced through the code and this is what I gathered: This code creates an info icon beside Vercetti Mansion. If you are using the stripped_complete scm to test this mod, then the info pickup will be in front of all the weapons and the pool (directly in front of the starting position). It shows the message 'MISSION PASSED', gives you $100, and clears your wanted level.
