Nope, it's not floating, it's just a huge jump from one of 'Unique stunt spots' with rocket boost cheat, it turned in slowmotion like usually when trying to do jumps in those spots and while car is in air i took the screenshot. I'll improve the time changer cheat a little so you can scroll faster through the hours/minutes ! And I'll add a weather fix that prevents it from randomly changing the color. It has kinda motion blur, I tried it make the pic that way by turning on rocket boost to around 10 and then taking screenshot while driving.
