How to make LimeWire folders

I have a Limewire playlist in the library section, and I clicked on the save as button. I saved the list to my desktop, but it came up as a WMA icon. I clicked on it, and it started playing.

 

I don't want that.

 

I want to make a folder with the playlist, so I can drag the songs, one by one onto my PSP.

 

Please help me
