I Need Some Serious Help!

Hello, I'm new here and I need some serious help installing the New Cheat device that works with The New DevHook on my PSP FW: 1.50, Well I'm trying to use the Cheat Device on The New DevHook Which I try to get it to run on the Emulated 3.02 version, I don't know how to do it so can someone please help me.
